Transportation Specialist - Process Automation

Manage domestic and international shipments, including documentation and carrier coordination. Support the Trade Compliance lead in maintaining full regulatory compliance across all import and export operations. Optimize freight costs through route planning and carrier negotiation. Review and validate transportation invoices to confirm accuracy, and coordinate prompt clearance and payment to avoid delays in logistics operations. Work closely with carriers and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics solutions and liaise with internal stakeholders mainly project management, supply chain, sales, and customer service.
