Training Specialist Senior
📋 Descripción del Puesto
Talent Development: Develop and implement the annual training strategy for administrative staff, aligned with organizational goals and talent development priorities. Conduct organizational diagnostics to identify skill gaps and development opportunities. Design and deliver blended learning programs (in-person, virtual, e-learning) focused on leadership, productivity, digital tools, communication, and change management. Measure the impact of training initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, retention, employee engagement, and performance metrics. Advise department leaders on individual development plans (IDPs) and succession planning for administrative roles. Manage partnerships with universities, consultants, and learning platforms to enhance the training portfolio.
⚡ Habilidades Requeridas
📚 Detalles de Estudios
Bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology, Talent Development, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Fluent English Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate training and talent development, preferably in multinational or complex organizational environment and experience in manufacturing environments. Proven expertise in instructional design, learning project management, and impact evaluation.
