Role Overview
Job Duck is seeking a Full-Cycle Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building high-performing sales teams that directly contribute to a mission-driven organization. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to negotiating offers and closing candidates, ensuring that each hire strengthens our ability to make a meaningful impact. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys connecting with people, and has a keen eye for identifying top sales talent. Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM MST (USA)
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Building talent pools and market intelligence for strategic, proactive hiring
- Enhancing candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the process
- Negotiating offers and closing candidates by selling the mission, growth opportunities, and competitive compensation
- Managing high-volume pipelines with 20–40+ active candidates at various stages simultaneously
- Conducting phone screens and video interviews to assess candidate fit, sales skills, and cultural alignment
- Owning full-cycle recruitment for sales positions, including Outbound Sales Representatives and Sales Leadership roles
- Tracking metrics and reporting on recruiting performance, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness
- Partnering with sales leadership to understand hiring needs, refine job descriptions, and set realistic hiring timelines
- Sourcing passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, social media, and creative outreach strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- At least three to five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales or high-volume hiring
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, BambooHR, or similar ATS, Boolean search
- Strong sales acumen with proven ability to identify top performers
- Experience recruiting for SaaS, legal services, or mission-driven organizations
- Excellent written and spoken English required
- Familiarity with VoIP systems such as 3CX and O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
- Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
