R&D Project Manager

This role is contributing to the R&D area in the Electrical Distribution Systems division in San Luis Potosi.

You will be mainly accountable for: Leads and supports local and cross-functional project teams in projects. Motivates and monitors internal and/or external resources (budget/headcount). Ensure objectives, priorities, key decisions, and status are effectively communicated to all stakeholders. Leads Dayly/Monthly projects advance communication meetings, manages Minute of Meetings and follow to agreed actions.

Qualifications for the role 7+ Years Experience in electrical industry with at least 4 years managing projects Financial concepts understanding.(forescast & budget) MS Project (or similar PM software), Excel and ERP (SAP, others) experience Advaced English and Ability to travel 30% national and international (USA VISA desirable) PMI/PMBOK knowledge and experience, PMP certification (desirable).
