Project Administrator and Order Entry
📋 Descripción del Puesto
Record customer purchase orders in SAP as per instructions and procedures.
Maintain accurate data entry throughout order execution.
Issue invoices in SAP as per contract milestones and enter in customer platform if needed.
Follow up on invoice status.
Retain documentation related to orders that support compliance with internal controls and procedures.
Ensure proactive communication with all stakeholders.
Effectively support Controlling and Project Management with ad hoc requests.
⚡ Habilidades Requeridas
📚 Detalles de Estudios
At least 1 year of work experience in order entry.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel is a must), SharePoint, Adobe and other internet-based applications.
Direct experience with SAP will be a significant asset.
Positive outlook, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Proficient in English language.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
