Order Management Specialist
📋 Descripción del Puesto
• Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, technical issues, and payments. • Provide appropriate solutions and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure complete handling of requests (e.g., order changes, credit management, tracking, account blocks). • Maintain accurate documentation and records in relevant systems throughout the order process. • Analyze customer service metrics and trends using available tools to support forecasting and per-formance tracking.
⚡ Habilidades Requeridas
📚 Detalles de Estudios
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, order/payment assistance and/or claims management. • Advanced SAP knowledge (Order Management module). • Understanding of manufacturing processes for effective claims resolution. • Advanced English proficiency is required. • Knowledge of logistics and traffic processes is a plus. • Previous experience in robotics or automation-related industries is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree completed is needed.
