Role Overview

 

Join Job Duck as a Litigation Support Specialist PI and play a key role in supporting a thriving personal injury practice. In this position, you will manage critical administrative and client-facing tasks that ensure smooth case progression and exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, drafting legal documents, organizing files, and assisting with discovery preparation. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and organization matter. Schedule:

 

Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST (USA)

 

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:

 

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the process
  • Drafting letters and legal correspondence
  • Completing and submitting forms accurately
  • Requesting and tracking medical records
  • Maintaining organized digital and physical files
  • Collaborating with attorneys and team members to ensure timely case progress
  • Assisting with drafting discovery documents
  • Performing e-filing for legal documents
  • Handling inbound client calls and follow-ups
  • Opening and organizing new case files

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • At least two to three years of experience in personal injury (US experience preferred)
  • Personal Injury experience (mandatory)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Customer service mindset
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Quick learner who can take direction and ask questions when needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Teams
  • Strong file management and drafting skills
  • Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
  • Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
