Role Overview   

Job Duck is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team in providing marketing support to law firms. In this role, you will help deliver fractional CMO services, digital marketing strategies, and traditional marketing initiatives that drive measurable impact for clients. You will thrive if you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, are detail‑oriented, and can adapt quickly to new tools and processes. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of law firms by supporting campaigns, managing projects, and leveraging innovative marketing technologies. Schedule:  

Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM MST (USA)  

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:  

• Retrieving emails and summarizing key information using AI tools 
• Assisting with AI-supported content workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, CaptionsAI, OpusClip, and Pictory AI 
• Coordinating with team members to deliver timely project updates 
• Supporting marketing initiatives for law firm clients across digital and traditional channels 
• Contributing to brainstorming sessions and strategy development 
• Monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports for leadership review 
• Creating and editing marketing materials using Canva and AI tools 
• Managing CRM entries and ensuring accurate client data tracking 
• Collaborating with external partners and vendors as needed 
• Assisting in the execution of fractional CMO strategies and campaigns 
• Providing administrative support for marketing projects and client communications 
• Maintaining organized documentation of projects and deliverables 
• Repurposing existing content for multiple channels, including Google Business Profiles, social media platforms, and community engagement groups 
• Providing ongoing administrative and operational support to the marketing team throughout the workday 

What We’re Looking For:  

• At least two to five years of experience with Marketing tasks. 
• Experience working with law firms is preferred. 
• Skilled in Digital Marketing and Traditional Marketing 
• Software: ChatGPT, CaptionsAI, OpusClip, Pictory AI 
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
• Proactive problem‑solver with a resourceful mindset 
• Comfortable learning and applying new technologies 
• Strong interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration 
• Adaptability in fast‑paced environments 
• Self‑motivated with a commitment to delivering high‑quality work 
• Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)   
• Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
