📋 Descripción del Puesto
Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and Statement of Work growth actions. Identifies and drives the development of new leads & opportunities in the designated US region. Understanding the key business drivers, including significant and emerging business risks (e.g., sustainability/digital/cybersecurity) of the relevant global customer’s business and business environment, translating them into the corresponding impacts and opportunities for ABB. Sells products to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned region. Participating in the development of sales strategies for the account through providing current business and long-term plans for the customer. Defining sales targets, giving input on market price developments monitoring competitors’ activity with the account and ensuring that appropriate response strategies are implemented.

📚 Detalles de Estudios
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or related fields with knowledge in Electrical markets. Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management within the electrification, energy, or industrial sectors. Strong knowledge of the U.S. market, with proven experience managing key accounts and developing commercial strategies.
